Overview

The Foretold series was another teaching series design for a church. The Foretold series is a Christmas teaching series based on Biblical prophecy. My challenge with this design was to capture both the familiar and welcoming symbolism of Christmas and blend that with the imagery of ancient texts and scrolls. The central image of the green wreath, which is made up of imagery representing different prophecies, unites those two ideas. Sticking to the more subtle earth-tone colors simultaneously convey the familiar Christmas colors of white and green with a rustic brown and parchment texture background that depicts a more ancient feeling.
