Ceres Youth is a space for middle and high school students to hang out during the weekend. The goal was to create a logo for this group that would appeal to teenagers and would be used in digital promotions and on apparel.

Step 1
IDEATION
The client expressed that they wanted the logo to be constructed from the initials “CY”. I explored a variety of styles for the letters, but the concepts that seemed most fitting to me were the ones that resembled varsity sports lettering. I wanted to ensure the logo was simple and bold so that it could be easily used across different apparel.

Refine Concepts

Final Design
With the logo finalized, I was able to add it to the youth group’s existing materials and also create some new templates for the client to use on slides and social media.
